BISON

Our Bison is imported from North America.
It is extremely tender, lean and full of natural flavours.
It contains selenium, potassium, copper, zinc plus vitamin B6.
It is 97% fat free and has 40% more protein than beef.

KANGAROO

Kangaroo meat is a beautiful red colour and is very low in fat.
It also has a high protein level and contains many minerals.
The meat comes from animals that live their lives in the wild.

OSTRICH

There is no trade in the meat of wild ostriches.
Ostrich meat is extremely tender and delicious.
It's very lean and contains less than 2% fat.
Perfect for the current trend toward light, healthy diets.

IMPALA

It is a beautiful red and has no visible marbling.
Even hind quarter cuts are very tender.

LLAMA

SPRINGBOK

Springboks are the most common antelope in southern Africa.
The meat is one of the most beautiful you can get.
It is a lovely bright red and very finely textured.
The flavour is exceptionally refined because of their diet.

BLESBOK

The South African Blesbok is a type of goat antelope.
The meat is a deep red to brick red colour.
It is very tender and has a fabulous flavour.
Blesbok should be prepared as simply as possible.

KUDU

Kudus live in southern & northeastern Africa.
This lean tender meat has a beautiful deep red colour.
Kudu meat is a favourite meat for preparing biltong.
